Step 1. Let’s Connect
We’ll get started with a few intro questions to make sure we’re a good fit and we can help you achieve your goals. We’ve found we’re usually a great fit for companies that:

Step 2. Free Breakthrough Strategy Session
We’ll review your Paid Search strategy, accounts, and budget. In this mini-audit, we’ll clarify your goals and constraints, and determine the best approach for your accounts. At this stage, we can usually find some “low hanging fruit” that will result in immediate improvement once we begin working together.
Step 3. Get the Proposal signed, sealed, delivered
We’ll prepare a custom proposal based on our conversations that clearly defines costs, scope of work, reporting and meeting cadence and other requirements. There will be no guesswork as to who is responsible for what. Setting expectations at this stage is crucial so that there are no surprises later in the engagement.
Step 4. Develop a Strategic Roadmap
The Strategic Roadmap defines what we’ll do, and what we won’t do, and why. Having a roadmap ensures that all your campaigns are operating consistently and strategically. The roadmap includes:
- Business and account goals (including budget and ROI)
- Competitive landscape
- Platforms and networks
- Conversions goals, tracking parameters and measurement
- Final URLs
- Campaign structure and naming convention
- Targeting and settings (seasonality, location, etc)
- Messaging and extensions
- Keyword & placement strategy
- Quarterly plan
Step 5. Management, Reporting and Optimization
We’ll manage your accounts as defined in the Strategic Roadmap, while staying responsive to competitive influence, updates, betas, and new opportunities. Depending on your needs, we can provide real-time dashboards or custom PDF reports.
Optimization (doing more of what works, and less of what doesn’t) is a big part of our process, and you can expect to see improved performance over time. We’ll always work with you to make sure our efforts support your changing challenges and objectives.
